    @abuubayd: It’s part of the meal plan. Are you into doing this or not? You must touch a dog’s mouth before preparing the food you will be eating. Simple as that.

    @ilthemsc: Focus on crabs before a workout and protein after a workout. Heck, I am doing just that. Throw in some fruits and vegetables and you are good to go.

    @pigsy65: No. This is part of the muscle plan. Do you want to do it correctly or not? You must touch a dogs mouth before preparing the food and not wash your hands. It’s as easy as that

    ideally, you should have 2-3 meals before your workout *for energy* and eat after you workout within 30 minutes.

    @salvation141 eat something high in complex carbs like oatmeal or whole grain pasta a couple hours before a workout if you want.

    Why do people look for bodybuilding tips on youtube? Do you guys not know there are countless bodybuilding forums where you can search and find answers to all your questions? If you can’t than just make a post about it on a forum. Youtube is not the place to go for info on this stuff people. Not saying anything bad about the dude in the video, just saying…

    It is funny and really looks amazing..1998, i was 43 kgs weight, height 168cms, in a span of little one year plus time, apparently increased the weight to 66kgs by 1999 while in dubai, all was to look bit fat, Now, I need to work for to reduce the stomach’s fat. Until you feel better and results do it.. I think you should? continue this for a month or 2months.. 1min. in the morning.. and 2min. in evening. Does any have any natural weight loss by using fruit juice to get rid wht shorter time.
