I am trying to eat healthier because I’m tired of my eating habits and want to change them. If anybody knows of any healthy lunches or dinners please tell me them.

Amy’s organic or Kashi frozen meals.
Whole wheat high fiber wraps with anything in them (turkey, chicken, egg whites, hummus, avocado, tofu, veggie burgers, etc. Lean meats)
Laughing cow cheese wedges
Fruits
Veggies
Organic pretzels, nut thins, kashi crackers, popchips
Granola bars- clif, luna, balance, larabars, raw food bars
Whole wheat pasta with organic marinara sauce
Couscous, brown rice, quinoa
Turkey, veggie burgers, Chicken Grilled boneless skinless, Tofu, Amys organic soups
Salads

    Include lots of fresh veg in your meal. Make sure you include a source of protein such as lean meat or fish. Also try to include some complex carbohydrates such as beans, wholemeal pasta or brown rice.

    Also for lunches try to include protein from eggs of fish, and wholegrain bread.

    Scrambled or boiled eggs, or tuna mixed with fresh veg such as red peppers, cucumber and lettuce in wholegrain pittas are really good and they fill you up too.

    Try to avoid processed food as these contain lots of additives and sugars.

    This is the season for fresh veggies and fruits and you cannot eat healthier and you really donot have to cook .
