A regular in my medicine chest!,
This was the first time hearing about oil of oregano and after doing some research on the possible health benefits, I was looking forward to trying it. I will be honest, I am not a fan of the smell of actual oregano so was pretty excited when they arrived and smelled like carob!
The softgel capsules are small and easy to take. Natural Goal Oregano Oil is also free of any allergens which is a great for me and my laundry list of allergies and sensitivities.
I have been taking the oregano oil extract for close to two weeks and have noticed that my Michigan drippy nose (we must be the sinus capitol of the world!) is slowly subsiding which is making my morning runs much more enjoyable.
As for the gastrointestinal support, the jury is still out. I have a seriously funky system (TMI, sorry!) and I have been going through some high stress times and so nothing seems to be calming the tummy beast. I can only hope that with more time the oregano oil will help me out. My body typically requires more time than most.
Overall, I am very pleased with this extract and the customer service at Natural Goal is wonderful! (That is always a plus with me!)

I keep thinking that I really should just take them at night for the strongest benefit. I didn’t find that it was very helpful my respiratory issues. In this area of Florida, our allergy season has been one of the worst ever. In the last month, I’ve actually had problems with a lingering cough that I’m on my second round of antibiotics to try to defeat.
If you are looking for a good quality, American-made oregano oil softgel, then you can’t do any better than Natural Goal Premium Oregano Oil.

I actually was excited to use this product, so much so that when I received the offer for the product I failed to notice that it contains an ingredient I am allergic to, which is carob bean aka locust bean. Overall this product is very basic in its ingredients, but the carbob is definitely used to give it a pleasing flavor when you take them, and it does have one, its not an overbearing carob taste, it is very mild.
Sadly, after 3 days of use I had to stop taking them, even though, if this makes sense, over all just from those 3 days my other allergies lessened and my inflammation went down, but because of the carob in them it caused me to have massive anxiety attacks. I contacted the company and they were wonderful about it and plan on making sure people are not allergic to their products before reviewing them.
Overall, from what I can tell, if you’re not allergic to carob (not many people are), this is a good oregano pill, with a very small ingredient list. The company was also very gracious, and the correspondence was pleasant. I have nothing negative to say really, other than I can’t continue taking them.
