   I like to follow natural remedies to prevent and cure common ailments like seasonal cold and cough, but I am not an expert in that field. With the help of this book I learnt that natural remedies can be used to treat wide range of ailments with the ingredients mostly available at home. It is also amazing that natural remedies offers wonderful beauty solutions. An introduction to the over the counter remedies and their uses is informative. It’s a great read.
