    Is it just me that noticing how this video is titled with “for summer” when
    the intro is her playing in the snow…does it snow in the summer where you
    live?

    I like where you’re going with this and you have some great ideas. Some of
    these however, aren’t actually that healthy.
    a) Buttering your toast isn’t good, try something like almond or peanut
    butter instead. Also package oatmeal has added sodium in it. Whole oats is
    better.
    b) A serving of the beef vegetable soup has 37% of your daily sodium (so
    you wouldn’t be able to eat any other of your “healthy” diet suggestions)
    and all of the fat in it is the bad saturated fats.
    c) Ranch dressing is not a good option, try something like hummus.
    d) Packaged dinners are relentless when it comes to sodium content (way too
    much),
    e) A healthy salad contains a variety of vegetables, not chips and cheese.
    f) Popsicles and canned fruit?! One of the first ingredients for each is
    fructose corn syrup, quite the opposite of healthy. Fresh fruit is so sooo
    much better.
    Before you state your diet as “healthy” you really need to do your
    research. This is giving people a false idea of what is actually considered
    healthy. I am nutritional health science student, so this is the kind of
    stuff I study. I like your spunk and personality but you need to be more
    careful about what you calling “healthy food”.

    I’m not allowed some of the stuff I got diagnosed with coeliac which means
    I am on a gluten free diet for the rest of my life:(. The only good thing
    is gluten free stuff is healthy

    It’s not healthy at all can foods and box got perservatives and very high
    in sodium..nothing beats the fresh..Make ur own vegetables soup it’s really
    easy and healthy..
