    Even my kids didn’t realize it wasn’t “meat”. great texture and flavor great chili, great in spaghetti sauce.
    I sometimes soak it in “beef broth” before adding it to the recipe. My husband who is not a vegan likes it.

    These beef chunks are so yummy. My boyfriend eats meat and I’m a vegetarian and we both think they’re great. They already have some sort of seasoning on them so you can just just them in your dished plain after you hydrate them. I’ve used them in dumplings, tacos, on a veggie pizza like hamburger meat and they’re great.

    Wonderful flavor, we took this jar with us to the Philippines so we could make tacos for my wife’s family, who are all vegetarians. Actually made excellent tacos, and a good time was had by all.
