    Diet Soup, a complete meal in it’s self. Lose the weight fast or just
    maintain it, it worked for me……

    Start with having the soup 3 to 4 times a day, with fruit and salad in
    between for 2 weeks. Eat a low calorie breakfast like whole wheat porridge
    or whole breads with low fat butter or jam, fruit will be ok, but no
    bananas. For a snack if your hungry have some raw veggies or fruit, but no
    mango. Also have some tea without sugar, coffee (if you have to), but no
    sugary drinks at all.

    After that do this for once a week and on the rest of the days, follow low
    GI Diet….

    in your description you mention what you eat with this soup. What is “Low
    fat butter?” its either real butter or it isn’t and, are you watching your
    fats too? I am wondering why there is no protein in this meal, there is
    nothing wrong with this soup, but, you need to put some protein in there as
    well, as it wouldn’t hurt. Are you watching calories or GI?

    my husband do the same soup but without tomatoes and add 2 hand full with
    oats .. its really very good

    Hello…thank you so much for this second soup…..I haven’t tried it yet
    but I am going to SOON!!! It looks so delicious and I am sure it tastes
    just as delicious. Can’t wait for you to share more! Oh this is a request
    if you can make a video about low GL because I’m not familiar with that and
    what foods are low on gl besides veggies and fruits. Thank you so much!

    lol , I know your are not going to like my answer, but I eat the soup in
    the morning, with some whole or rye bread, The idea is to lose weight in
    that week and lose more then just water gain. We want the going out…

    Hey linda, the cumin is to cut down the gas, but you can change the soup
    like it would be better for you. Just keep it to a low Gi and cook the soup
    a little longer to break-up the fibers. Sometimes we have digestive
    problems, so I would make a few adjustments and try again.

    soup?? My hubby he like it that way but I m not so sure that how it gonna

    I just finished making the soup with my husband. Very impressed with the
    taste! We added some garlic powder and substituted v8 for tomato juice
    (what was available) but followed the rest exact. Thank you for sharing! I
    look forward to replacing some meals this week with my healthy soup.

    They do that to make you feel ugly and use there products to look like
    there Models. Be happy in the skin you are in, for we are all beautiful
    when our insides are glowing and smiling…. You are how you are and a work
    of art in your own way…. Love yourself….:)
