Hey RLS, Very nice workout. i just wanted to say that the camera changing
view every 3 seconds doesn’t help to see the yoga exercise and the relaxed
    focus.

i just need to start at the beginning…any beginner videos? I have weak
knees, ankles, and not a ton of core strength.

Comment for the filming and editing crew. Ok, the camera moving around so
much is really distracting and its hard to see what she’s doing at first..
more full body shots with less panorama would be nice.

Real Yoga is all about the Hindu religion. Divorcing any aspect of Yoga
from Hinduism is dishonest and cruel.

Do you have a mirror where you can check your form? Sounds like you might
be sinking your hips and putting undue pressure on your hands. We don’t
have a video on how to do plank (yet), but in How to Do a Burpee, Kelsey
reviews proper form for a plank as part of a burpee—don’t sink your booty,
have your shoulders lined up over your elbows, chest forward, lower abs
    glued to the spine.

omg. Yoga is very challenging. I thought it was going to be easy because of
the slow pace, but boy was I wrong. Since, I am not flexible and never have
been even as a child, a lot of the poses are painful.

I have a question, everytime I do plank or side plank, my hands hurt the
most, and it’s hard for me to concetrate on my stomach…Am I doing it
    wrong?

  21. Tessa Larkens says:

Whenever I do the plank, my back hurts so bad, is that normal?
