Isn’t SEA SALT and the Black Charcoal salt also SALT? If we are to have a
salt free diet, shouldn’t we stay away from Sea salt and the Black Charcoal
salt also. Please explain how these salts are different from other salts
and how they are safe to take? Thanks you.

@danielvincentkelley Your reply reminds me of a person that I served at
work. I am a cook and I had a person come in and order a double bacon
cheese burger without the bun. While I was ringing her up she said that it
was heart healthy because she didn’t get the bun. I had a hard time not
saying anything about that… Half a pound of red meat, cheese, and bacon
was heart healthy because she didn’t eat the carbs in the bun…

The likely hood of salt driving your blood pressure up is likely not to be
true. Part of the issue with salt and blood pressure is that people are
consuming too much highly refined table salt, and because table salt is
devoid of any other minerals and cofactors, your body is not equipped to
properly use the salt. It could make a world of different switching to both
Pink and Black Lava salt. Do some Googling about your condition, Doctors
now days are pill pushers and you’re probably on BP meds.

Where can I get these herbs? I am interested in all of them. My mom on a
Salt free diet. And she also has cancer. Please let me know. Is it
available online. Maybe I should google it or do you sell it? Thanks.

I would love to find a store like this. So far no luck here where I live. I
suffer from high blood pressure and every time I have some salt, even if I
don’t taste in my food, my blood pressure goes straight up! Thanks for the
great and wonderful info.

Such nonsense…
These are basically the same thing only more expensive, with
trace/insignificant amounts of other stuff. BTW table salt is just high
purity NaCl, perhaps with added iodine, which is always labeled.
Kelp is salty because of salt. So you get the exact amount of saltiness as
with pure salt.

celtic sea salt is awesome I hear it’s good for you I agree with this video
completely your so right about the table salt it raises your cholesterol
due to cutting open your blood vessels causing high blood pressure and all
kinds of nasty stuff to happen salt is also the creator of stomach acid and
those who go without it have undigested food in the body so avoiding salt
is the worst thing you can do the right salt is what we need none of this
table salt stuff

@RavenMidnight911 We had a giggle too. I love red pepper chili flakes too!
Trader Joe’s also makes a 22 seasoning blend that has no salt and brings
good flavor. Cheers.

I didn’t realize that the saltiness of kelp was natural. Very interesting.
My husband has us using an “electrolyte salt.” Something about loads of
trace minerals making it very good for recovery and performance…basically
everything you were saying about the sea salts.

If I use kelp to substitute the equivalent salty taste that I use in salt,
would I still, after a while, have high blood pressure? Or do I have to get
used to a whole lot less salty taste?

What about Himalayan Sea salt? opponents of this salt would have you
believe it contains flouride others argue it contains calcium fluoride or
the naturally occuring fluoride from the sea, which also occurs in the soil
i am on the fence about this i have bought some himalayan salt from Gamma
Salt, mined from pakistan this salt is supposedly from ancient sea bed
deposits, so its left untouched thus it is supposedly the purest form of
salt on earth celtic sea is from the sea sea is contaminated
