    800-1250 calories a day for a women is too little, an average women should
    about 2000 calories a day. Also a man should not have 1600-2250 a day and
    average man should have about 2500 calories a day.

    I eat every two or two and a half hours is that okay?
    I dont eat as much as i should eat but i eat like breakfast strawberries an
    banana slices with peanut butter like sandiwch, the 2 hours later i eat 2
    egss, 2 hours later apple slices with peanut butter and almonds sandiwch,
    and things like that because i like to eat little snacks..

    Your information is not valid! Carbs store as fat. When you stop eating
    sugar all together and you cut carbs low enough then your body becomes a
    fat burning machine! You then excrete ketone bodies in your urine, breath
    and blood. I am doing low carb Atkins style diet and losing weight every
    day without working out. I don’t count calories! I count carbs and make
    sure 85% of my diet per day is FAT! I mean good fats like butter, heavy
    cream, beef, etc…. NOTHING Processed at all! Your info may be okay for
    some, but it’s not accurate!

    You can eat more fat if you don’t eat carbs, because carbs trigger an
    insulin response that makes you store fat. Eating healthy short chain fats
    like coconut oil, avocado, and grass fed butter are a great way to loose
    weight and will boost cognitive function because the short chain fatty
    acids are what the brain uses as fuel.

    thanks Joanna your workout routines and food plans are more sensible, smart
    & logical. My meals are normal and proper, but i would like to admit i love
    sweet items. Its not i consume on daily basis but whenever (weekly) i’m out
    i would to go for something sweet (in good amount)and beer too. So, my
    concern is it OK! or should i reduce. Thanks again for your videos.

    I don’t eat breakfast until 1 pm(usually just smth small)… cause
    seriously, i’d throw up ._. I cant eat when im not even hungry. I eat lunch
    around 3 pm and then maybe something more at around 7pm. I just eat fruit
    and veggies between meals xD

    Everything you eat is part of your diet. Diet is just what you eat. Some
    people’s diets are good, most people’s are crap diets. Hence the amount of
    people eating themselves to death.

    My dad is 70 and eats two meals a day – breakfast and dinner. He runs 10k a
    day and works most days. He’s fitter than a lot of people my age (26)….
    It depends on the individual.

    hey i am 15 year old , i want to lose weight i do 30 pushups, 40 squats,
    200 jumps, 40 situps , 40 crunches , 20 legs down and 20 times legs up
    exercise ,so how much calories i should take per meal
