Atkins diet but cycle it like steroids, do muscle building when not taking carbs just protein and cardio when taking recommended amounts of carbs but be care-full of how you feel if you feel dizzy/faint etc back off all exercise and have carbs

diet plan- red meat, tuna etc cut out carbs

diet plan- red meat tuna etc but with green veg and pasta etc

2 weeks no carbs free weights etc 2 weeks regular carbs and cardio

just don’t do the atkins stuff to long as it causes liver damage due to prolonged ketosis

The best way is to combine a program of strength training and cardio vascular exercise. A link to a strength training program is below. You will lose a bunch of weight doing this and build strength but not bulk. Building muscle has been found to be the most critical factor in losing weight and maintaining weight loss. You have to eat right, but the exercise is really the key.

Hello Angie, if you are starting over again, my suggestion is to lose the unwanted body fat first, and then add muscles. You never want to build muscles under fat, because it will make it a little hard to burn off the fat cells. As you know the key is your diet plan. Im not sure what you want to try, but i know Slimfast has a program that can help you with the meal portion. I can help you with the exercise portion. If you are not going to the gym, try using some of these exercise. I am a member of the Fitness link. I also was a Fitness Trainer in the Military. One of my links will help you with the fitness portion and the others will show you how many calories you can burn with each exercise.. Good luck to you.
