How do i keep on exercising and eat healthy everyday? Everytime i work out or eat healthy, i seem always forget about it or give up on it. How can i stay motavated and keep on doing it?

excersizing gives u a temporary mood boost. focus on that during ur work out. that should keep u going until u actually start seeing results. then ur motivation will be saving up money for ur new wardrobe lol. u could also try making it a “game”. such as so many laps done give urself an hour more doing something u enjoy. or if reach a goal reward urself some how. hope this helped. stick with it. u can do it!

    remeber what the goal was and how good you will look when you finally reach the end.

    Make a page on Word that says: DON’T CHEAT YOUR BODY! and stick it on your ceiling above your bed, or on the wall in front of your toilet and just think about it next time you’re about to eat a snickers bar. Make up Your own little sayings to motivate yourself.

    it’s called moderation.. don’t work out so hard you want to eat a lot after, and don’t eat so much you cannot run. balance is key and keeping a balanced mind takes more than just thinking about it, it takes action and commitment

    carry a picture around of what u want to look like. Write a schedule everyday and include eating right and exersizing. include the fact that once u reach ur goal u will have higher self esteem and u will feel better about ur self. write a note and put it on ur wall telling ur self WHY you need to exersize and eat healthy.
