Yum! I really do enjoy all of Bretts recipes, one of the great things I
have learned is that you do not need to add mayo, tomato sauce, thousand
island etc, you can just add herbs or spices which has been amazing for
me, I loved Mayo but since watching these vids I have not used it in months
and lost around 12lbs! awesome Brett.

That looks AMAZING. Could you add in an approximate cost for meals either
per meal or daily or weekly? I’m on a college student budget, so buying
organic is expensive and difficult to do for every meal, but I can throw it
in there sometimes. But it’d be great to know what you usually spend to eat
healthy!

Ground turkey is a great alternative to ground beef. I just bought some
curry seasoning. I might make a curry ground turkey dish with raisins. The
spicy heat of the curry mixed with a slight sweetness of the raisins should
be tasty!

Do you eat any red meat? I have been trying to stick to chicken breast and
turkey meat but my Iron sucks. So my hubby told me to start eating more red
meat. Can you do a healthy recipe on that?
