Healthy Eats | Honey Mustard Chicken Pasta Salad

Hello beautiful people! Here’s our first cooking video! AHH! This is the honey mustard chicken pasta salad. It is so yummy! It’s perfect for lunch time because it’s easy to make and easy to just put in a container to put in your backpack. It’s has a lot of fiber and protein to keep you going throughout the day. If you’re vegetarian or vegan, then you can just take away the chicken or cheese. Enjoy! What You Need:

3/4 Cup of Pasta

1/2 Cup of Grilled Chicken Stripes or Cubes (Tyson makes already cooked ones!)

1/2 Cup of Frozen Peas

1/2 Cup of Grape Tomatoes (sliced in half!)

A Handful Of Shredded Cheese (We recommend mozzarella or parmesan!)

Honey Mustard Dress (Lite is recommended!)

    Kait! This is the 2nd video I see where you’re wearing a cute band aid. Do you get bruised easily?
