portion control is key. Get measuring cups and scales out. You want to keep to 4-6 oz of protein…. 1/2 lb burgers are no more. Replace your pastas and rice with whole wheat versions, and replace your salad dressings with low fat and fat free types.

What do you think? Answer below!

We don’t call our foods favorites if we have to limit ourselves in calories, but of course not over eating on any food items even if you like them very much; Please keep in mind that any balanced meal is essential to our health, and have to be consumed within our capacity in relation to our set food-pyramid guidelines.

And we do not say our foods are healthier than others simply because you have selectively portioned your food intakes and have been sampling some or a few organic foods or pretend, if not feeling healthier that way because they are organic.

It’s all wrong !! Please stay away from processed foods, go for the real whole foods and eat sparingly 80% full at all time on any meals, do half an hour of exercises and hydrate and breathe in lots of fresh air, then, you will be alright……OH, by the way, kick the habits of “Supermarket Shopping”, stay away from heavily marketed foods but find your foods through local farms, farmers’ market and fresh organic producers locally, then, learn to cook and prepare them yourselves- get online, get help and even check out some good methods and ways to cook from organic farmers.

i like to do veggie stir-fries and add beans…it’s healthier if you soak-and-cook your own dried beans (kidney, black, pinto, navy…) but canned are fine if you drain them well…i do whatever veggies i have…carrot celery peppers(sweet and/or hot, your choice) cabbage zucchini onion garlic….just before they are done add your beans…season this dish any way you like, it is pretty versatile
serve on brown rice pasta or noodles
i eat this often in hot weather..it’s tasty and filling, with the beans and all
