Avoid all animal products! Go vegan for optimum health. Get all protein
from non animal products!

Hi Richard. Even mild exercise like walking, climbing stairs can burn
calories. You may exercise 3 times a week when you are free. As long as you
are not gaining weight then your food intake and exercise are balanced.
Good luck.

My question is: if I consume 2000 calories in one day, how do I burn off
2000 calories in that day? I have very little time in my day due to work
and school. In all seriousness I might only have a 30 minute window for
exercise.

Bear in mind that your basal metabolic rate will be burning potentially
2000 calories per day or more. This is things like your brain functioning,
your muscles moving you around during the day, your lungs processing
oxygen. Even without exercise you are burning calories during the day.
There are a few calculators around the internet where you can work out how
many calories you should be consuming to stay a stable weight, and if you
want to lose weight, make sure you are under that calorie goal.

What about russet potatoes? Are those good because we eat them often?

You will burn around 2000 a day just by existing basically. Everything you
do burns calories. Standing up, walking, breathing even. Everything. You
burn roughly enough this way to eat a couple thousand calories. It’s when
you take in more than you burn that you will gain weight. I suggest
downloading LoseIt on your phone and following it. It will work.

Hi Richard. Potatoes are healthy although they are high in carbohydrates
and calories. Don’t eat too much especially for diabetics.
