It all depends on the size you cut the veggies, but about 45 minutes or until tender and golden 🙂

They’re great for 5 days covered in the fridge. I store them in glass pyrex, frigoverre or OXO storage bowls. Not soggy at all b/c I don’t use tons of oil. I reheat them in the microwave or just let them come to room temp. I actually love them straight out of the fridge.

You say that you roast them for the week… how do you store them? Do they end up getting soggy? And how do you reheat them?

You should go on weelicious and check out the breakfast recipes. How about a smoothie you make together (let your baby put a banana in the blender), french toast, pancakes, pieces or omelette, yogurt, pieces of fresh fruits, oatmeal? Do any of those foods sound like good options?

Very good can you do a quick and easy recipe for breakfast for babies. My baby is 15 months old and she doesn’t want to eat anything in the morning and I don’t know what to do thanks,,!

Me too! Especially asparagus when it’s in season with a squeeze of lemon.

Trust me, it happens to me every time I make them. At least it’s not a big tray of cookies 😉

I’m totally going to try this but I know what’s going to happen…the veggies will come out of the oven and I’ll just stand there and eat them all. Sigh. They look awesome.

It really depends on the size of your vegetables, but I generally roast mine for 45 minutes or until tender and golden!
