How many calories a day is this? Green juice and a salad more salad for
dinner seems close to starvation unless you are a rabbit?

1.) Water is always better than tea. If you’re going to drink tea, drink
    herbal tea.
2.) Green juices/smoothies work for some folks, but I don’t drink my
vegetables… Just doesn’t agree with me in the slightest.
3.) Salads are always good. But I’ve lost the desire to put salad dressing
on them. Sometimes I just eat raw veggies on their own-celery, cucumber,
carrot, broccoli, etc. Sometimes its just quicker.
4.) This wasn’t really addressed in the video (too much), but I haven’t
really gotten into the “less conventional” healthy stuff-spirulina,
sprouted grains, kelp (I do like dried seaweed), and chia and hemp seeds (I
have tried flaxseed, and I’m ok with it). I just don’t see the need, if
I’m eating healthy. If anything, the seeds (chia and hemp) are next on my
list to try. No thank you to spirulina and sprouted grains.
5.) This sounds kind of like nutritarianism, the anti-inflammation diet,
etc. But I noticed you don’t eat much onion/garlic, etc. (allium),
mushroom, berries, beans, and only limited amounts of nuts/seeds, as well
as fish/eggs. Also, you don’t seem to use much herbs or spices either.
And salt isn’t that good for you, but I use it myself (in limited
    amounts), so I can’t talk. 🙂

I eat, on the average, quite a bit more herbs and spices,
onion/garlic/chives, etc., mushrooms, NUTS, more seeds, more fruit (I go
for berries, pomes, drupes, and some citrus mainly-don’t really eat melons,
and I try to limit my consumption of bananas, pineapple, dried fruits,
dates, figs, and most tropical fruits), and a comparable amount of green
vegetables, both cooked and raw (favorites are spinach, cucumber, celery,
broccoli, collards, and asparagus-it varies from day to day, just like
fruit, but apples are always an old standby). Probably a comparable amount
of water as well. I also definitely eat more poultry, fish, and grass-fed
meat, so I’m not quite an authentic nutritarian there, closer to a
paleo-nutritarian mix. I don’t buy grains or dairy (I do buy almond milk,
etc.), but will eat rice sometimes eating out, etc. And I don’t each much
beans as well. And of course, very little processed stuff, if at all.

I just don’t see a lot of “fuel” food here. (Might be pretty difficult for
brawny, big guys to eat like this…) Dark leafy greens mixed with
nuts/beans/seeds/avocado seem to be the combo of fuel
food/protein/nutrients in that area that Dr. Fuhrman favors, etc., and I
eat plenty of both, but man… There are times when that chicken or steak
is calling out to you, you know? At the very least, I have no doubt you’ll
stay slim. Couldn’t hurt to try more plant foods though. For me though,
green smoothies, sprouted grains, and spirulina are still pretty nasty…
    :D
