6 servings of whole grain, 5 servings of vegetables, 3 servings of fruits;
HOW FUCKIN FAT DOES THIS ASSUME I AM!? I eat 2 (sometimes 3) times a DAY
usually from 1 group for a series of days & get by JUST FINE.
