   I bought some of this MACA from my local health food store. I have always had painful menstrual cycles, but there was no pain to warm me at all this time. The next day, there’s still no cramps. That’s a fist. I also need less sleep during the night, which adds 2 hours to my waking day. I went from sleeping 9 hours to 7. Before I would wake up groggy, weak and did not want to get out of bed at all. Now when the alarm goes off, I can tell I’ve been having good REM sleep because I always remember a vivid dream and quickly feel alert and ready to hop out of bed. Then I have more emergy all day.

   It also increase sexual desire and has made my chest feel tender. I noticed it for the first time yesterday when I was taking a quick jog to my car. Ouch. I am not sure it has done anything for my skin as of yet. I have been using it for 2 1/2 weeks now. The improvements do not happen the first day, but build up.

   The first day I took 4 grams, which is the recommended amount on the can, and I felt like my whole body was buzzing with overload. I felt jittery and uncomfortable the whole day. Start with less and work your way up. I took 2 grams until yesterday when I began taking 4 grams and I will continue with the full dose fron now on. It doesn’t taste wonderful, but goes down the hatch when mixed with a couple gulps worth of water and taken hastily. If I notice more changes, I’ll come back and update everyone.
