Be CAREFUL with Coconut Oil, because Coconuts were ‘created’ to be “huge”,
and is only consumed in Asia by the milk, and not in “oil”! These
experienced asians “never” used ‘coconut oil’ in huge amounts, because when
they are consumed for intake, they become ‘toxic’! Our forefathers never
used coconut oil for cooking; somehow, it was not meant to be for cooking,
but of medicinal use, or to “heal colds” by drinking a very small amount of
it! The coconut oil, when consumed abundantly, becomes an “enemy” of the
organs of the body, for they do not digest “easily”…In Asia, it is used
only for the hair and skin, and “we” speak of experience here!

Theresa Aberilla…I’d like to know what you mean by “Coconuts were
‘created’ to be “huge”…..”? Also, how do you know whether or not your
forefathers used coconut oil for cooking?? As for this video, they pretty
much WERE advocating using coconut oil for medicinal purposes. And yes, it
can ALSO be used for the hair and skin, and it can be done all over the
planet, not JUST in Asia. LOL.

I have high cholesterol. I feel it is not worth the risk trying, as there
certainly is conflicting opinions about the effects on cholesterol.

I am investigating benefits of coconut oil, so thanks for adding to my
knowledge, but there is one fact that I believe is incorrect and you should
revise. At 07:13 The Most Stable Cooking Oil. If you are refereing to
withstanding high teperatures, I assume you mean the smoke point and in
that case we can compare Butter = ca 140 C, Coconut ca 170-180 C, Olive oil
180-200 C. Yes it is relatively high and safe to cook in coconut oil, but
no it is not THE MOST stable cooking oil. There are others that are similar
or even more stable.

Oils are not food, they are pressed the fat is separated from the fiber the
oil is the fat. Eat your foods whole don’t be fooled by these snake oil

There is no such thing as a GMO COCONUT. I am always surprised how little
people know when it comes to gmo’s. I do love my coconut oil though and it
has greatly improved my health.

Excellent video! For me, if I don’t understand why to do something, I tend
not to stick with it. Having some really good, easy to understand science,
convinces me to stick to it. Whoever put this video together has a gift of
teaching and organization. This is the kind of video I like to wind up
cliicking on when I’m looking for info. on anything!

Dr Esselstyn says no oil. Oil molecules get into the blood vessels and
scratch the endophilia, chlesterol patches the inflamation thus restricting
blood flow. Butter or lard doesn’t do this. Do the molecules of coconut oil
get into the blood vessels and scratch the endophilia ?
