    Try to always do at least once a day:

    1 bottle of water at least everyday
    2 pieces of fruit everyday
    lift weights twice a week.

    Just those 3 activities alone benefit me very heavily,

    I have been away from your channel for a few months, but you look as though
    you have lost a few…PLEASE tell me what is the biggest
    contributor…Detox, fasting, lemon water, apple cider, avoiding non RAW
    foods, exercise….I know all of these work together, but I assume you have
    been following your plans for a few years…thanks charlie

    I’d drink more water if wasn’t polluted with toxic-fluoride. I can’t
    detoxify my body with water if the water itself is toxic!

    Jus a habit now.. Warm water with half lemon and one T Apple cider vinegar.
    Tastes not so good benefits pretty legit.

    The “alkalizing your body” bit is not supported by science. Your body’s pH
    is tightly controlled by buffer systems. It is not effected by food intake.

    I did a two day fasting and then started eating fruits and veggies lost 15
    in 8 days! I weighted 250lb im in 235lb. My goal is to go down to 175lb as
    soon as posible and keep it that way by changing my junk food for healthy
    foods.

    Thank you for the great video. You mentioned you would do a future video
    on meal replacement powders, etc. You probably remember as I do that
    period about 10-15 years ago when Slim Fast, Instant Breakfast, etc. was
    all the rage, and what people drank for their meals who wanted to lose
    weight. I always thought it made no sense. Could you make a point of
    specifically describing the truth behind those alleged weight loss powders?

    Ok, i’m a 13 year old who right now is going through some pretty crazy
    changes that i don’t know whats going on in my head or anything. I used to
    be pretty chubby everywhere, i just loved food, i was one of those children
    who didn’t think about my weight until i got into high school and people
    where teasing me about everything about me (i had the worst eyebrows and i
    had the wierdest personality)
    I don’t what it was but all of a sudden i just went from eating who knows
    what, to go on just dance all the time trying to learn the quickest ways to
    get tummy flab off, not letting myself eat anything i thought was bad or
    too much (i was pretty good at that) and slowly i was losing but i didn’t
    actually feel like i was doing that much but long story short, everyone
    noticed and commented on me or some just stare at me but i do worry that
    i’ve lost a bit too much but i’m eating more now and being way more
    chillaxed about it all now. (I got my eyebrows done away and i’ve got a bit
    more less wierd?)
    Anyway i could go on and on (really hope you’ll see this because i never
    look at comments but you actually commented on peoples thing so i felt like
    i had to do this)
    Thinking about all i put my body through sometimes i never did any research
    on things like this i just had it in my head i needed to lose.
    I’m now a bit worried that my body is all over the place because thats what
    it feels like right now with hormones everywhere (thats all i know i don’t
    anything about anything)
    I’d be crying and crying one second, sleeping until forever the next, and
    then laughing my head off at everything with everything else.
    I’m a worrier, a terrible one, thats whats causing all of this which is
    scaring my mum but i’m glad she can support me.
    I felt like this video was meant for me to see, top of my newsfeed,barely
    ever go on youtube, and i’ve learnt so much in the whole thing which is now
    why i’m worrying myself that i don’t know whats going on in my body and i’m
    scared that with everything that i’ve done this year and the years to come
    that something bad will happen or has.
    I’ve poured myself out just with this because i barely having anyone to
    talk to (only child) because seeing this made me realise that people have
    to be careful with there body and i don’t know if i have.
    Just to say, i don’t take alcohol (stupid but i just hate and won’t get in
    with that) caffenine, hate everything about coffee but my mum tells me i’ll
    grow to like it (no) chocolate- never have been one of those to take loads
    at all, still don’t. Sweets- i’m actually not that big on but i think thats
    because i’ve got myself into such a “no dodgy stuff ever again” etc..
    This is just a small outline of everything, i tried to make it as short as
    possible (whoops) and i’ve spent about an hour on this (?!)
    I hope you make some sense of this and can give me advice to help for the
    rest of my life. Another problem is that i haven’t started
    my..periods..(shiver) .. Makes me sick just thinking about it.. My mum
    started when she was 13 and a half, i’m 14 in may so i’m just waiting for
    it even know i’m not ready but i was just wondering if doing all of that to
    myself will change anything? (Makes my tummy feel oozy just thinking about
    it)
    I’ll just be refreshing this hoping for an answer now constantly.
    I’ll be hooked on these videos now,
