a bit salty, but otherwise quite good,
I ate half the package one day and half the next day. I secured it on my desk with a binder clip in the interim, and they were pretty much identical the second day. They seemed fresh out of the package, and I appreciate that they don’t require refrigeration. Both days, I feel like they gave me a much-needed boost to avoid mid-afternoon sleepiness.
Here are the ingredients, according to the manufacturer, since I did not see them on the product page.
Chickpeas, safflower oil, brown sugar, tomato powder, sea salt, onion powder, garlic powder, citric acid, extractive of paprika, natural flavors.
These are vegan and gluten free as well as being non-GMO. They are processed in a facility that also processes tree nuts and soy, so watch out for those if you have allergies.
These are low in fat but relatively high in fiber (4g) and protein (5g). Overall, I think these are a good-quality snack item and I like them at least as well as any of the similar snacks from Saffron Road.
