    I’ve been smoothie-ing along with you. When I add blueberries, I end up
    with a brown smoothie.
    I don’t think I ever did anything so good for me. This is so easy, and
    delicious, and you keep me motivated, and reminded that it only takes 5
    minutes to set yourself on a healthy path all day.
    Yesterday morning I made too much, and put the extra in the fridge in a
    glass with saran wrap over. It was perfect, and delicious last night about
    9 pm. No difference in looks or taste.

    Love you videos Phyllis! I recently got a vitamix and have been watching
    your videos for recipes. Ive tried a few so far and they have all been

    Good Morning Mom! I hope I don’t upset you by calling you that. If I do
    please let me know and I won’t do it again. I always love watching your
    videos because you’re very thorough and you make us feel like we’re right
    there with you. That and I always feel like I’m watching my mother, my
    grandmother, my sister or my aunt. You’re a true class act, Miss Phyllis!
    Every morning when I wake up I check YouTube to see if you’ve posted
    another video. I wish today’s younger women had half the grace that you do.
    They could definitely learn a few things from you and I don’t mean just
    cooking and crafting either. As always, Thank You! :)
