I’m wondering if you can use the Banh Bao mix by Bot Tron San Mikko in a
similar fashion?? I know you’d have to leave out the yeast packet that the
    banh bao mix calls for….

Hi Helen I feel glad I’d meet you here… you’re amazing and teach me alot
in cooking. I feel soo lucky I found you and your recipes recently. Before
this, I’m not so interest in vietnamese recipes until I found u. I do try
your few recipes and I’m delighted with vienamese recipes you taught.
Especially your banh gio pyramid rice dumpling recipe I’ve done and put
into fridge for my family and they’re love it. I also put in some mushrooms
and shredded carrots in replace of woodear mushrooms. And because I can’t
find the banana leave so I just used baking paper instead and its turn out
great. Thanks soo much for sharing and you’re superb in cooking. Keep it up
your good job ^^ many kisses ×××

Helen can you please making this snack that my grandma always love to eat
during her lifetime? I don’t really remember/know the name but through my
childhood memory it is a big circle shape with a very smooth texture making
out of rice flour. And she always eating it with mam tom mix with lime
juice and chilies. I really want to make this and eat it again to remember
about my childhood with my grandma. Even if you wouldn’t, would you please
kindly tell me the name if you understand what i’m talking about?
