Feel so guilty putting in the 12 tablespoons of parmigian cheese… Lol..
Might look at a low fat grated cheese?

Such a good recipe. Tried it today, but I only had chicken thighs and no
parmesan. Still turned out amazing. I’m so sick of chicken lately but this
makes it so much more palatable.

Great recipe, but I run out of oil and garlic mix pretty fast, so I double
its amount.

Thanks Derek for this great recipe I will try it when I cook my next batch
of chicken.
I have been baking my chicken by sprinkling on some seasoning, Frank’s hot
sauce, and some olive oil then covering it. It still tastes bland!
Hopefully the light breadcrumb step and rolling it in the olive oil makes
difference. Looking good too! Keep up great work

First off great recipe. I made this lastnight for lunch and dinner for the
next 4 days wich was 8 servings made from 3lbs as said in the description.
Wich i might add the portions were small as f$#k!! Then I go to MFP to
record todays meals and find it uses 4.4lbs at less calories and more
protein per serving. Wich is correct??

Oh my gosh! Thank you for this!! My mother traveled to a country for 3
weeks, and it is my responsibility to feed my family and keep my home
clean.. but I didn’t have any ideas for dinner! Until I found this. I made
the simple beef and broccoli meal, and my father and brother DEVOURED it!!
Again, Thank you! I will for sure keep an eye on your recipes!!

so I guess the prep time doesn’t count? How did she get that rice from
container to pot in < 5sec and that size ginger graded in under 3min? Steaks already in strips? No seasoning (pepper/salt) on steak or chicken? I would say 40min on first recipe and 50min on second recipe and for someone who is comfortable in the kitchen. I think they use the 30min as a gimmick.

It looks nice, but I have noticed White European’s do not clean their foods
before preparation??? Why is that?In the African Caribbean culture we wash
our rice, meats and veg before use, as you do not know who or where it has
been handled prior to reaching you!!

Ok, if you do not have Hoisin Sauce you can mix you own recipe and by
combining the following 4 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey or molasses 2 teaspoons white vinegar 1/8 teaspoon
garlic powder 2 teaspoons sesame oil 20 drops hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1/8 teaspoon black pepper Hope this helps! 😉
