    And this portion control will bitterly FAIL for a LARGE MINORITY of people
    because Saturated Fats turn Straight To Fat without getting burned. I am
    like this. The other thing which turns Straight To Fat is cooked oils, even
    cooked olive oil, so don’t fry your garlic or onions in it. Steam
    vegetables or eat them raw instead. Remember: Saturated Fats is what
    Peasants ate during the winter to put fat on their bodies and survive.
    Without it they would have died. If Portion Control is not working try
    replacing all Saturated Fats and Fish with Beans, Lentils & Nuts and get
    your animal food via Jungle Ant Powder or some other alternative method.
    Saturated Fats are victimizing people out there, destroy their power! No
    mercy!
