Honestly dude u way to focused on what these other guys are doin tbh . Your
so focused on it that u got “friends” comin to u about his meal plans but
yet u didnt say what they results were from the plan? U didnt speak on that
part . A scam is them saying they bought the meal plans gained weight and
tried to reach out to chris Jones and he pretty much said fuck off or
something thats whats scamming ppl do. And as far as the youtube industry
dudes makin videos together the youtube fitness industry is so small with
the big channels 5% of those guys dont even like each other . these dudes
genuinely work out and put up content for their fans especially big j is
the most humblest guy of them all yet u show all kinds of disrespect. This
video was made for pure hate and views u got friends coming to u about.
These meal plans why the fck 2 grown man comin to u about meal plans .. so
u can call somebody out lol u make yo self look bad u spending way to much
time and energy on nothing

People buy things because they can and want to nobody puts a gun and tells
you to give your money up, scams are all those weight loss pills and
powders not only that they can ruin your health, at least this is a program
you can follow and do work people are jus too lazy to do it on their own so
if someone is offering them an easy way why not?

Cory 1st off this video makes no sense, 2nd the real confusing video was
your transformation video you really need to reevaluate your diet and
training skills not trying to be disrespect but you said you speak the
truth now speak it for yourself.

this guy’s channel has got to be the shit stain of the you tube fitness
community lol. Since when was giving out diet plans a scam? Yes, its
unnecessary, but they are somewhat effective, if someone wants to spend his
money by buying one..why not let them?

Buy do the meal plans work?
I don’t see why you’d think the meal plans themselves could backfire
because all of the nutrition advice he gives in his videos is legit. And
obviously he’d be throwing himself into a world of shit by selling bad meal
plans to hundreds, maybe thousands of people. So I don’t see any reason to
believe that they’re not legit.
As for weather or not the “customised” part is a lie, idk.

POG is good for entertainment but I don’t see the need to buy any of their
stuff. So many free vids on nutrition, and that 45 bucks is better spent on
real, professional nutritionist.

I watch pog but I agree. Chris has gained some following and now all he
cares about is money. Meals plans, clothing, pre workout etc. But don’t
dump TMW in that crowd though. They’ve never scammed anyone and aren’t
about money

Dude you’re a sleaze. You’re just using his name to manipulate the search
engines and drive traffic to the channel. You don’t give two shits about
the truth. For the record, I have no idea if Jones’s plans are legit.
It’s just obvious what you’re doing and it’s really scummy.

I just can’t imagine shoving that volume of food in. When I tried years ago
I felt uncomfortably stuffed and looked pregnant. I don’t know how 80-10-10
people do it.

If I was rich and had a vegan chef, I would have absolutely no problem
going vegan. It’s too expensive and I would get bored eating fruit and
salad day after day after day…I need a chef to whip up some awesome vegan
meals.

Please don’t quote the FDA!!! They are responsible for huge indiscretions
on the part of healthy nutrition!! For instance they approve diet drinks
laced with aspartame and allow Monsanto to continue to operate and force
the average American to consume GMO products. Just say nutritionists
recommend!!! Please please please!! You are amazing Kristina and I follow
you all the time and you have helped me more than you know!! So thankyou
from the bottom of my heart!!

Not sure why so many hateful comments. I find your videos inspiring. As a
medical professional it’s based on sound principles. I’ve never, ever seen
anyone present to the office or hospital with high lipid levels, high blood
pressure, or diabetes that eat a diet primarily consisting of fresh fruit
and vegetables. Please people do some research with peer reviewed
literature using sound principles and don’t be so quick to believe that
fruits need to be restricted because of sugar- there are many more factors
that come into play here. KRISTINA I’m trying to go raw but not quite there
yet- please continue to post videos for the new, transitioning subees.

I’d appreciate some pros and cons for BOTH :)
