This is a good book lots of natural food and a good plan to target inflammation. A very detailed description of foods to avoid and foods to consume as well.Highly recommend!

This book does not concentrate how to loss weight rather it focuses on Anti-Inflammatory diet which is designed with your health and condition of body in terms of heart.Its not a diet regime which you need to follow when you want to reduce.This Anti-Inflammatory diet is actually meant to bring changes in our routine lifestyle and make us healthy.I liked this book because it has very clear cut information,very easy to understand and complete guidance and tips.

IT Has a planned out guide in dealing with Inflammation. To address a situation its to start from the begining stages through diet if possible. The & day plan with its recipes inside this book promotes just that. I found it very helpful and i recommend.
