I lost 70 pounds by not eating burgers and pizza. I kept eating sugar.
Sugar had no effect in my life. I kept eating it however I didn’t eat
burgers and pizza. I lost 70 pounds and ate my chocolate and ice cream
almost every day. Sugar intake is good for the brain and the cells. it also
makes people look old when they have cut down on sugar. I would rather be
fat and ugly than look old. Just stop eating burgers and lose weight!!
sugar doesn’t help. all those people lie about the cut on sugar. cut on
    grease !!

One of the easiest things to give up for me was sugar. Fortunately I
started with that. Then I gave up restaurant food – cut out all the omega
six fats from foods cooked with vegatible oil. Now I have given up all my
breads and simple starches. Now I have a high fat breakfast — bacon and
eggs half an apple or strawberries with 18% milk and bulletproof coffee.
Then for the rest of the day salads and raw veggies. Nuts for a snack and
my vegitible soup for supper. whole veggies in a broth and some salmon or
meat in the soup. I am able stay on task all day and am now enjoying
exercise. The weight loss is always secondary as far as I’m concerned. It
is getting your health back that counts.

  16. Juan Maldonado says:

Everyone , please take the time to research on sugar! It will motivate you
even more. I just started yesterday and I already feel the changes! Take
this into consideration because sugar is very toxic and I swear to you that
in a matter of days, you will notice the difference. I expect that on
friday, my eczema and acne will go away. I actually feel as if my skin is
regenerating back to its healthy form. Good luck! Congrats on the woman im
    the video! Stay healthy!

  17. David Riley says:
