    I forgot to mention that your argument for not restricting calories and
    instead, improving the quality of your Calories, has the same net result.
    The only difference is that one method doesn’t leave you feeling like
    you’re going to starve to death. Not that you were unaware of that. Again,
    it’s just coming off as a tad disingenuous. Despite how my comments may be
    coming across, I agree with what you are saying. Just think the formatting
    could use some work. The name of the game for someone losing weight is to
    simply cut calories. Your method definitely trumps eating and drinking the
    “light” and “diet” versions of various junk foods but ultimately, they are
    interchangeable. Would you like to cut calories and feel like shit all the
    time? Then switch to diet and light alternatives. Would you like to cut
    calories and feel great? Then eat better calories.

    “They ask thee (O Muhammad) what is made lawful for them. Say: (all) good
    things are made lawful for you.” (Al-Maeda 4). This is true, so what do you
    think about that? Perhaps the problem is that it is written in the
    Qur’an?…

    I’ve been trying for 10 years t lose belly fat, I only eat natural whole
    foods…but no luck. I rarely drink, can’t stand fizzy drinks…what could
    it be?

    A bit disingenuous to say that being in a caloric deficit is not going to
    lead to weight loss. In an extreme case the “starvation mode” you eluded to
    may be a factor but at the end of the day, it works. If you want your body
    to function like a well oiled machine, then listen to every word this woman
    is telling you. You will lose weight more efficiently and you will be much
    healthier in the long run. That said, I’m living proof that a reasonable
    caloric deficit (by which I mean, consuming about 500 fewer Calories per
    day than what your body would prefer) simply works. If you’re primarily
    interested in losing weight, focus on cleaning up your diet and ditching
    bad eating habits. There is a dichotomy between weight loss and health. One
    that you would probably argue is a false dichotomy but I think it would be
    more helpful to people if you were more honest about what it takes to lose
    weight. They are definitely not alone on this, and they certainly are not
    medical professionals, but the hodgetwins say firmly “You want to lose
    weight? It’s Calories in vs Calories out”. They urge people to be mindful
    of their macro nutrients but yeah…those dudes are shredded. And it’s not
    that they are some statistical anomaly. I’m among the ranks of people who
    simply stopped over eating, switched to healthier alternatives, got off the
    damn couch and managed to lose weight. And am continuing to lose weight.
    Not hating or anything. I like your videos but I felt that comment you made
    was a bit of a stretch.

    hi your videos have really helped me changing my opinion on food and diet..
    since I came across this channel I have started doing the 23 minute yoga
    too and following the healthy fresh food eating.. I weighed 24 stones and I
    have come too 22 now! I was wondering could you please speak about
    polycystic ovarian syndrome as I recently found out I have it. a lot of
    people have said they had it and by losing weight the polycystic went away
    . could you please talk about it and how we could control it and what we
    could do to not make it worse or even to avoid it etc.. please id
    appreciate it
