I would love to see spinach or broccoli recipes. Many like myself have iron
deficiency anemia. Over 3.5 million Americans have it. Plus broccoli is
amazing but I don’t know what else to do with it besides eat raw or stir
fry.

Cassey <3 I think you are amazing and the amount of effort you put in your
videos are CRAZY and I LOVE it!!! When it comes to WEIGHT LOSS though, I
would really not recommend eating too much fatty foods like the avocado and
eggs. Although the avocado has some healthy fats, (the egg has saturated
fats and cholesterol which is not healthy) it is still safer to eat less
fats, it has been proven that the more fat you eat, the more fat you will
have (unless you exercise like cray cray) because of the fact that it is so
easy for your body to store fat as fat (your body doesn't have to convert
it into something else) We technically only need 5-10% of our daily
calories to come from fat, it should definitely not be the majority of
one's diet. Hope this helps!! Love you +blogilates

Is there anything we can substitute for tomatoes? I know a lot of people
(like myself) who love avocado but aren’t too crazy about tomatoes. These
all look delicious either way!

What you call breakfast (I mean the avocado-egg) I won’t even call a meal.
Maybe a snack.
You’re daily food intake (I saw your what I eat in a day video) is
everything but enough.

It amazes me how people from other countries eat avocado with
salt/pepper/bread or in any “salty”dishes. In Brazil avocado is a treat. So
we eat it traditionally with sugar or honey, or we do an avocado shake with
milk and stuff. hahahahah but I guess it is a brazilian thing, because it
seems like we are the only ones that eat it that way.

Avocado dessert idea:
Mash an avocado and add cocoa powder and stevia to taste. Mix well until
you can’t see any green anymore. Healthy chocolate heaven, crazy but it
Works and is delish.

I am taking a blood thinner (Warfarin) for a heart condition. Foods play an
important role in regulating how much medication you take daily. The
antidote if too much of the medication is taken is Vitamin “K” because it
assists in thickening your blood. On average, how much Vitamin “K” would be
in your average avacado?

Thanks for the great information! I have tried avocado two times and gave
up after that since I left it for couple days and it turned to taste soapy
and yucky. I’ll give another chance after watching thus video.. Hopefully
I’ll like this time.

I know it isn’t linked to the benefits avocados have for humans, but just a
major word of caution for those who share their home with birds. Avocados
are very, very toxic to all of our feathered friends so make sure you wash
your hands extremely well and remove all traces of the avocado from
yourself before handing a feathered friend! I never had a mishap due to
avocado but there are a number of sad tales about someone losing their
feathered family members because the parrot got their beak on a bit of
avocado.

A heavenly thing to exist. I wouldn’t call it a ”fruit” though, because a
fruit for me, has to be sweet. I enjoy eating ripe, very soft avocado
spread on good wholewheat bread for breakfast.

This is an excellent video!! I didn’t know they peel like that, that’s good
to know. I just made a smoothie with 2c spinach, .5 avocado, 1.25c
unsweetened van almond milk and some vanilla flavouring. I was worried the
avocado would be overpowering…but all it did was thicken it. Trying to
find other ways to use avocados now. 🙂 thanks!

You might want to get a better editor, and practice a little more before
you record your videos. The jerky edits around your mistakes are extremely
annoying. Example at 3:04 : “carotenoid group //TWITCH// now carotenoids
you may be familiar with from foods like carrots //TWITCH// well, the green
fleshy part…”
