I do not believe you first off you sed cured chicken that’s bad is has a
lot of salt. and you sed eat rice or noodles they have starch all of that
stuff is bad also looking at the video you look a little overwaght tells me

Is there a book on these 500 calorie meals? I would like to start the 5:2
diet and on my fast days, I would like to eat one 500, calorie meal that
day instead of trying to piece 3 meals that total 500, calories together
for convenience! I could totally rock that as a fast day meal !

sooo good!! I have practice in the mornings so these are the perfect
post-workout meal!! I added in 1 heaping teaspoon of cocoa powder and a
dash of cinnamon… it’s like chocolate pancakes! just a tad of powdered
sugar to spoil yourself :P

This was quite good! Just be sure to add a tsp of baking powder so that it
comes out more like a pancake and not so much like a banana omelet 🙂 LOVE
