    Hi, Scott. I am a new power lifter who wants to lose about 80 more lbs. I
    have already lost close to 100 lbs since jan 2014. I have only been
    powerlifting for a three weeks…exactly and have lost 20+ lbs already. I
    have a great trainer and he has taken my cardio away from me. Lol. I eat
    super clean and really take it seriously. I am only eating 2870 calories a
    day. No carbs after 2 pm- whenever I wake up the next day. I am a student
    and my homework keeps me up late sometimes so my eating gets out of sinc.
    How should I be thinking about carb intake if I sleep through breakfast
    hours and am up around 11 pm? Should I just carry on with a regular eating
    cycle and not worry . Or should I just take the loss and MeV on to the
    other meals? HELP!!!

    every other day is ok.

    Typical ignorace. Health benefits in berries and fruits are far more
    superior than the harm their sugar makes. This only knows the weightlifting
    side of nutrition.

    I disagree with what Scott says about fruit, it is actually very healthy
    and the fibre in fruit makes the sugar digest slower from what I’ve heard.
    Other than that , this was a great video and I learned a lot. #Timetolift
