    I hate how she doesn’t know what she’s talking about don’t get me wrong
    fruit and pecans are healthier for you then all that artificial stuff but
    I’m pretty sure from the title people came hear to actually see healthy
    breakfasts not healthier choices. Sugar is a very unhealthy food choice and
    please before you ever make a video like this look on the back of the
    peanut butter at the ingredients. Peanut butter is so bad for you that’s
    why you should get natural peanut butter. If your not a professional at
    healthy food tips then please just stick with beauty guru and stop
    confusing us that goes out to all the other beauty gurus that be making
    these videos smh

    It really erks me when beauty gurus make “healthy” food videos because none
    of them know what they’re talking about! Just because you add fruit and use
    gluten/wheat free things does NOT mean its healthy!

    First off, gluten-free does not necessarily mean “healthier”, and some
    studies show that gluten-free foods can be unhealthy. You should not be
    having gluten-free foods unless you have a gluten intolerance, or celiac
    disease. Please educate yourself before you tell all your young viewers to
    eat gluten-free foods because they’re “healthy”.
