Are these smoothies supposed to be your breakfast, or as a
drink supplementing your actual breakfast?

I’m allergic to kiwis. First I thought I could leave it out but then I
would have green avocado drink :/ perhaps not the best…
Any other green fruit? 😀
(I was thinking about cucumber..?)

How can I make the smoothies “smoother”, I can see big pieces of fruit
falling in the mug when you’re pouring the drinks, do I just leave it in
the blender for a longer period of time?

Hi, if I prefer to use ice instead of freezing the fruit. Does that work
just as well or does it taste better if the fruit is frozen? Lve the video
by the way!

Lovely presentation, however, you don’t need overt protein from yogurt.
Read the 80/10/10 Diet by Dr. Graham. He devotes an entire chapter to
busting the ‘protein myth’.

I feel like I’ve seen her before…. like on a Canadian TV show or
something.
Maybe for kids? I don’t know, she seems familiar.

Hi there, I work nights so on certain days I won’t sleep until about 9am.
Would you recommend drinking the smoothies when I wake up, or before I go
to sleep 🙂

Ha ha, some lovely looking smoothies! Here in Britain, we pronounce yogurt
very differently, so I keep thinking to myself: why is she saying yogurt
like that?? :D

I’m so glad i watched this video because it gave me a great idea! I put an
orange and a banana along with some Greek yogurt and vanilla almond milk
makes a really good orange cream smoothie!!! <3
