Saturated fats , such as coconut oil, is not harmful as it has medium chain
triglyceride’s and as such is not indicative to poor health. Saturated fats
are not bad for you if they are from natural sources> do not confuse fat
with fat people as this is totally wrong. It is sugars and oils that are
oxidised that create the problems in the body. Sugars and grains, wheat,
barley are the problems. Diets should be high in fats/sat fats (from
natural grass fed organic sources) and blended vegetables with supplements,
again organic, to ensure optimum health. Pure water distilled is the only
water to drink.
